While I stayed at this hotel during Christmas, the building had a beautiful holiday decoration and lively atmosphere. the staff was friendly and always present when needed. The hotel offered a delicious dinner and breakfast with choices that suited my taste. The private bathing facilities were a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Location-wise, the hotel was close to a train station and bus stops that worked well for my trips around the area, which helps save some time and hassle.
The hotel lacked comfortable bedding and some of the rooms required urgent attention to cleanliness. The hotel offered average views and impressions which did not make it worth the price.

The hotel had beautiful open areas and was situated in close proximity to a river. the location was convenient to get to both downtown and transportation. the rooms were clean and comfortable and some boasted stunning balcony bathtubs. the staff were knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the different dishes in detail and offering free drinks and snacks throughout the day.
Some employees did not speak English, which made communication difficult for non-Japanese speakers.

The location was great, with easy access to the city center and public transportation. the dinner was fantastic, offering a real taste of local cuisine. Another positive was the beautiful onsen, a private and serene experience.
The price was quite high for the area, but this seemed to be standard for this type of accommodation. the hotel lacked a cozy atmosphere, feeling more like a modern city building than a traditional Japanese ryokan.
